These are the typical tips from the market. In these videos, the demonstrators performed the sequences in this manner:

From plank: Put your knees, chest and chin slowly on the floor and go into the Cobra pose.

If you are doing Cobra like this, you should realize that the internal organ is hardly worked out. 

Our Tip

Instead of knees, chest and chin on the floor in sequence, we advise the practitioners to think of placing the body flat on the floor. The result of the back-bend is different if you do it this way and you will feel that the workout is on the lower internal organ.
