If you are doing Cobra like this, you should realize that the internal organ is hardly worked out.
Instead of knees, chest and chin on the floor in sequence, we advise the practitioners to think of placing the body flat on the floor. The result of the back-bend is different if you do it this way and you will feel that the workout is on the lower internal organ.
